Fantastic opportunity for a technical AV project manager to join this great event production company! Audio bias essential; however, strength in understanding lighting and video elements is also key.
Our client is a creative technical events production agency with a warehouse brimming with high spec kit. They deliver some amazing live events across well-known UK and international venues, which could include conferences, awards, fashion shows, and parties. Due to rapid expansion and a brilliant reputation, they are now growing their production project management team with an audio-biased Technical Project Manager or Senior Technical Project Manager.
The role is pivotal in the company, and we are looking for a bias in audio. You will work on events from the quote stage and be very hands-on with putting costings together based on the client brief. You will work closely with internal departments on all technical production aspects of live events from rigging to power, audio, video, and lighting, and be on-site to ensure a smooth delivery. Responsibility for inventory and capex will also be key. Events will range from weddings to conferences, galas, awards, and high-end parties!
About you: With a solid technical understanding, your specialism will be in audio and ideally come from an audio engineering background working on live events within the corporate and private sectors. You will have worked on large-scale live events as a Technical Project Manager and keep abreast of all the latest developments in technology. You will have experience with D&B systems, Yamaha Digital mixing consoles, Dante networks, Shure wireless systems, and/or ClearCom comms systems, as well as excellent IT and Vectorworks software knowledge.
