From large scale congresses for thousands to stand alone meetings and exhibition booth builds, through to product launches, these events come with logistically complex elements and are delivered worldwide for the who's who in healthcare.
The role involves leading a large scale global account as a Senior Account Director. This is a pivotal senior role where you will be the strategic client services partner ensuring delivery excellence, commercial performance, and long-term growth. You will oversee the commercial and operational performance as well as the service levels and build key strategic relations with the C-suite stakeholders within this account.
About you: Proven in developing account revenue, leading sales pitches and understanding event and exhibition delivery from an agency perspective is key. This role will need gravitas and empathy to ensure you can build trust easily with clients. Strong events or production agency experience with global events is imperative combined with a deep understanding of the life sciences sector. You will bring a proven track record in managing and growing large scale complex pharma clients across live events, congresses, exhibitions and global meetings.
