Our client has a pedigree in delivering cutting edge digital and live experiences across exhibitions, events and immersive experiences. They are a leader in the industry with an impressive and broad client base. Projects are global and their core team is all about honesty and integrity. With a fantastic close-knit culture and clients that return year on year, they are now growing the team with the hire of a Project Manager!

The role involves supporting across a broad range of events and exhibition projects that are delivered internationally. It will be very fast-paced, requiring the ability to juggle multiple projects. Responsibilities include leading on pre-production planning for exhibits, managing suppliers, liaising with clients, negotiating costs, and booking travel and accommodation for on-site events. The role is also very client-facing and will involve overseeing the build across global events.

We will consider candidates with a broad mix of events experience, from exhibitions to production, conferences, awards, and experiential events. What is key is the right attitude and the ability to be super organised and stay calm under pressure. This is a fast-paced role where strong communication skills are essential, and confidence to be on-site sometimes alone as well as part of a team is required.
