Exciting opportunity to join a leading and rapidly growing events & comms agency in a client facing junior - mid weight Producer role!
This leading communications agency works with big name brands within the healthcare space delivering a range of internal comms campaigns as well as creative internal events. From conferences to roadshows and awards, they handle large scale complex production led projects with a specialism in content and storytelling. Their friendly, welcoming culture and staff retention is unrivalled, and with a fully remote workforce in the UK, they deliver events all over the globe.
The Producer will lead on their own smaller projects and work collaboratively on specific areas of larger programmes. The Producers and Project Coordinators have a hybrid project delivery and client management role from taking the brief, working with internal departments including the creative studio, copy, content and digital, pitching and then running the events from start to finish. From supporting the client with content and messaging and project managing all the production elements including AV and creative, this is a 360 role where you will get to work on cutting edge events and with some really lovely people.
We are seeking a range of levels from Project Coordinator to Junior / Mid level Producer / Project Manager with experience in supporting and leading smaller events from end to end both virtual, hybrid and live. You will be comfortable in comms and events, and be able to talk confidently to clients about what they are looking to achieve. Building client relationships comes naturally, and you are super organised with the desire to work remotely (as part of a collaborative team). International travel and working with clients in different time zones/cultures is also part of this role. A passion for events and comms is super important; some exposure to healthcare client work would be an added bonus but not essential.
