The agency
An award winning company with a great culture, this brilliant agency works with a diverse range of clients in multiple industry sectors to deliver a wide range of events. From conferences, to awards shows, incentives and gala dinners they offer a full production offering as well as event logistics for their clients. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an incentives specialist to join and lead a wide range of international projects!
The role
This is a busy Event / Project Manager role where you will lead reward and recognition events as well as incentive travel trips from concept to completion. Planning a range of international destinations, working with DMCs and leading guest / delegate registration as well as putting together an engaging on-site itinerary are all part of this exciting role. Plenty of international travel involved!
About you
You are a strong Event Manager with experience in the planning and curation of incentive travel trips, as well as reward and recognition events ideally within an agency environment. You will have a strong international destination knowledge, always be seeking new and unusual venues and resorts for creative incentives and have an excellent network of suppliers and DMCs. This role is hybrid 3 days a week in London offices.
