We have an exciting new permanent opportunity to join them as Facilities and Operations Manager.
The role
The Facilities Operations Manager will lead and manage any buildings and customer service projects, ensuring the safe and high‑quality customer experience. As the main point of contact for the venues group hard and soft FM services you will ensure any issues are prioritised to meet operational standards as well as working with event timelines and tracking KPIs. Maintaining high quality building aesthetics as well as working closely with local stakeholders will also be key to this busy role.
About you
Large scale venue experience would be an added advantage however we will consider facilities and operations managers from a commercial, business or retail environment. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills to deal with varying contractors and stakeholders and the ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects will be key. Some understanding of events or production would be desirable but not essential. If you hold an FM degree or equivalent, NEBOSH general and fire certificates as well as having excellent admin and IT skills this will be highly advantageous.
