We have an exciting new opportunity to join the busy ticketing team as an Event Ticketing Manager!

The role

The Event Ticketing Manager role will specialise in managing internal stakeholders as well as external promotors and clients in this busy role. Leading a team of up to 20 including casual staff the role will lead on ticketing across complex and large scale events including working with promotors on ticketing manifests as well as ensuring the programmes are built within timeframes and to meet deadlines. Acting as Duty Manager on event days with some evenings will be key being the main POC for the promoter, customer services teams and box office specialists.

About you

This is a dynamic and fast paced role and we seek a candidate with experience in ticketing across large scale events venues and ideally arenas. Experience in complex events, dealing with multiple stakeholders and promotors on high profile events and remaining calm, whilst being positive and proactive is essential for this role. You will have worked on a range of ticketing systems and platforms and have a keen eye for detail with a flexible approach to working hours and patterns.
