The agency
This lovely events agency works with a range of clients across various industry sectors to deliver engaging experiences in a live, hybrid or virtual format. From conferences, to incentives, gala dinners and awards ceremonies they work with each client from initial concept to execution to deliver a high quality event every time!
The role
The Project Manager or Project Director will lead the planning and delivery of a range of live, virtual and hybrid events such as conferences; awards shoes and gala dinners! From creative concept to reconciliation this is a 360 role where you will guide the client and lead internal teams and external suppliers including content, video production and technical /AV elements. This is a client facing role where you are the lynchpin of the project.
About you
We are looking for a breadth of experience in live, hybrid and virtual events and an understanding of production and content although this is not a technical role. You will be able to juggle multiple projects at any one time and be able to brief in AV, video, content, graphics and entertainment. You are super organised with excellent time management skills and have used agency project management software – ideally Procim.
