Fantastic opportunity to join a leading events company within their venue finding team!

The company has an established client base and vibrant UK wide team, working with clients in a wide range of sectors offering full event planning from concept to completion. Their venue sourcing teams service small to large scale complex venue and accommodation bookings for events across the globe, with dedicated and long standing client and venue partnerships.

The role involves working within the main hub of the agency, looking after venue finding and meeting planning requirements for a host of blue chip clients. From meeting rooms for 10 through to global events for 1000 pax, there is a wide variety of enquiries coming through the team and no two days are the same! Additional benefits to the role include representing the company at events and attending FAM trips.

About you: With some hotels, events, venue finding or customer service/admin experience, you will have a passion for events and be keen to work within a busy and fast paced role. We are looking for excellent client/customer service experience as well as strong attention to detail and systems admin skills. Full training will be given at a more junior level.
