About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Project Manager to lead smaller projects end to end. The role will ensure each retail or brand activation project you manage is delivered on time and within budget, with a keen eye for quality. Travel to retailers and suppliers nationally and internationally will also be part of the role to secure the best materials and prices for a high‑end finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end retail or brand activation projects.
- Ensure delivery on time and within budget, maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate travel to retailers and suppliers nationally and internationally.
- Negotiate materials and pricing for high‑end finishes.
- Work with technical drawings, fabrication processes, and materials such as woodwork, plastics, LED, metalwork, AV signage, and large‑format print.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable project‑management experience.
- Ability to handle multiple project types simultaneously (pop‑ups, branded environments, shop‑in‑shops, global roll‑outs).
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, fabrication processes, and materials used in retail design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Adaptable and willing to learn quickly in the retail/design industry.
