Our Client
A creative events production company working mainly with events agencies as well as high end private clients; our client delivers high spec live and virtual events including weddings, private events, festivals, conferences, awards and activations. Due to rapid expansion and a brilliant reputation they are now growing their project management team with multiple roles including Project Manager and Senior Project Manager.
The Role
- Working closely with agency partners, as well as directly with clients and event planners, you will take each project from concept to completion.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to establish the brief.
- Pulling together a production pitch response and presenting this back.
- Working with internal departments and suppliers to establish costings.
- Defining and following a critical path on each project.
- Managing project delivery of all kit including client and supplier owned assets.
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are satisfied.
- Travelling on-site for events to oversee build, event delivery and breakdown.
- Managing and reconciling budgets and post event client de-brief.
About You
With a production agency background and a good understanding of technical and scenic elements; you will be client facing and a highly organised project planner. A client facing demeanour is key as is a high level of communication and management of senior and high net worth / demanding stakeholders. Excited to travel on events in the UK and overseas you will have proven experience in delivering production led events ideally within the corporate AND private space.
Pay Range
£62,000 - £67,000 per annum (based on skills and experience).
