Congress Specialist Event Manager / Senior Event Manager – French Speaking – Remote

The Company

This lovely agency is growing by providing global high‑profile events for a range of pharma and healthcare clients. With a fun and dynamic culture they have a supportive office environment where hybrid flexible working is encouraged after the training period. Working with some big name brands, they deliver logistically complex events with delegate numbers in the 1000s worldwide and are now seeking a strong Congress Manager with French language skills to join the team.

The Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Event Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience in global Congresses ready to take the lead on exciting global events. This client‑facing role involves building strong relationships with stakeholders, planning and delivering a range of international Congresses and ancillary meetings for a key account. Strong pharma compliance understanding and fluent French are required.

About you

Ideally you are already working within an events agency (or brand side in a pharma company) and have experience in delivering large‑scale congresses, understanding of booth management and delegate attendance with HCP‑focused events, complex logistics and large delegate numbers. An understanding of the compliance regulations in the industry is key; delegate management using Cvent would be preferable. This fast‑paced role requires handling multiple projects simultaneously. You must speak French as well as English at a fluent level. REMOTE role UK wide.
