Delegate Manager – Events Agency – CVENT SPECIALIST
Remote (**twice a month travel to Home Counties offices**)

Brilliant opportunity for a strong event registration manager to join this fantastic full service events and comms agency specialising in life science events!
The agency
This full service events and comms agency work with well known global brands, predominantly in the healthcare and pharma sector, to deliver a range of events and experiences. From large scale congresses for 1000’s to stand alone meetings for 500 delegates, with logistically complex elements they work worldwide in some fantastic destinations.
The role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Delegate Manager to join their delegate team and be responsible for the entire delegate journey from initial registration to their experience on the day. Using specific registration software and working closely with the technology teams, this role will require the ability to handle large amounts of data and be super organised!
About you
With a background in events registration, ideally for corporate events or congresses, you will be a whizz with Cvent or a similar event technology platform. Advanced Excel will be required to manage large amounts of data and complex rooming lists for events. International travel required for on-site events registration. This is a remote role with travel to offices south of London twice a month and for any additional client meetings / on-site for events.
