With another strong year under their belt they are now looking to grow their team with a pivotal hire of a Sales & Marketing Manager.
The core of the role is to lead the marketing strategy and new business function to secure opportunities within new industry sectors, as well as seeking out new revenue streams within existing accounts. From attending industry events and shows to network and develop new prospects, through to pre-show outreach to new industries and clients; you will work with the board to drive the sales strategy. Putting together the B2B marketing plan and delivering a range of campaigns across digital, print and PR will be key in this role.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong sales and marketing background and is a fantastic communicator who is confident in their sales approach and ability to develop relationships. Experience in selling design led services / creative ideas and an understanding of the exhibitions / events or retail brand activations industry is a given and we are looking for driven individuals with strong emotional intelligence.
