The agency
This lovely events agency works with a range of clients across various industry sectors to deliver engaging experiences in a live, hybrid or virtual format. From conferences to incentives, gala dinners and awards ceremonies, they work with each client from initial concept to execution to deliver a high quality event every time! With a friendly and collaborative culture, they work successfully fully remote; easy accessibility to London is important.
The role
You will support the Project Leads with the end to end running of a range of corporate events, focusing mainly on delegate registration and management of data via Cvent. Supporting with costings and supplier management, researching destinations and sourcing venues will also be part of this role. On-site event support and international travel will be required as part of a friendly and collaborative team.
About you
You will have a good grounding in events logistics ideally from an agency background, you will have strong experience in delegate management and registration. You will have a passion for the meetings and events industry and be keen to work on corporate events from conferences to incentives and exhibitions. You are super organised with excellent data and time management skills and have used agency project management software - ideally Procim and Cvent.
