We have a brand new opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive revenue for a prestigious corporate events venue in London. With large scale events space for up to 600 pax, this is an events venue like no other and an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager.
We are now recruiting a Sales Manager to lead a team of Venue Sales Executives and take on the sales strategy. The role will report directly to the General Manager and is responsible for proactive and reactive sales as well as managing the team's pipelines and ensuring that they hit targets.
Seeking out new prospects that will match the venue and networking in the industry will be key in the role, as is organising venue showcases.
We are looking for proven experience in both proactive and reactive selling, ideally from an events venue, hotel or hospitality background, and experience in line managing a team and setting sales targets. We are looking for a strong understanding of venues and selling MICE space with a good network of clients and agents alike.
