With a dedicated events space for large scale corporate events and big name brands choosing this venue for conferences, exhibitions, awards shows and hospitality events this is an unmissable chance to join this brilliant venue. Due to continuous growth and a very full pipeline of events as well as a broad portfolio of outdoor events across a multi purpose site, we are now supporting this fab company with the hire of a Concessions Manager.
The Role
This role will oversee any bars or concessions for events taking place across the space. From managing the contract with the vendors, through to ensuring smooth delivery on that account this will be a service led role to ensure each concession and partner is working within the specified requirements. From planning the layout on-site, to ensuring profits are maximised and each vendor / partner is keeping to brand and operational guidelines this is a busy role and will require a commercial approach.
About you
You will be savvy with your numbers and have strong financial acumen, managing a monthly P&L as well as annual budget. Reviewing the processes, service levels and standards of all concessions you will build strong and long term relationships with all partners. Managing food safety and standards is key and you will be up to date with all of the latest food safety as well as licensing requirements. This is a fantastic role where you will love working under pressure and at a fast pace! Driving license and own vehicle needed.
