Fantastic opportunity for a proven Concessions Manager with experience in managing F&B operations across bars, festivals and venues. The role oversees bars or concessions for events across the space, manages vendor contracts, and ensures smooth delivery on each account with a commercial approach.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee bars and concessions for events across the space. Manage the contract with vendors and ensure delivery meets specified requirements.
  • Plan on-site layout for events, maximise profits, and ensure each vendor/ partner adheres to brand and operational guidelines.
  • Work with a service-led approach to ensure concessions operate smoothly and effectively within a multi-purpose site.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial acumen; able to manage a monthly P&L and an annual budget.
  • Review processes, service levels and standards of all concessions; build strong, long-term relationships with partners.
  • Management of food safety and standards; up-to-date with latest food safety and licensing requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace; driving license and own vehicle required.
