The agency has a client list of established blue chip as well as up and coming maverick brands, delivering award winning live events, brand activations and sponsorship across the globe. From sponsorship activations at sporting events to creative experiential and engagement events, they are super creative and getting stronger each year through brilliant and strategic execution.
The role involves leading a small team and producing high-quality graphic and visual design across live events, brand activations, hospitality environments and sports-related projects. The role is both hands-on and senior, leading the graphics and 2D design elements from the creative direction. Creating event and brand IDs as well as digital, social and printed assets will also be key, supporting the customer journey through each spatial environment. This is a fast-paced role where you will be used to working to tight deadlines on multiple projects.
About you: We are seeking a Senior Designer or experienced Mid-weight looking to step up with strong experience in experiential, brand or graphic design, particularly within live or spatial environments. You are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), presentation tools and AI packages. Having some motion graphics and UI design experience would be advantageous. Experience in designing assets for large scale environments/spaces is essential, as is a good knowledge in print and production processes. Some team leadership/mentoring of juniors is desirable.
