We are seeking a driven and experienced Event Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience in global Congresses ready to take the lead on some super exciting global events. This is a client facing role where you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, plan and deliver a range of international Congresses and ancillary meetings for a key account. Strong pharma compliance understanding and fluent French are key to apply.
Ideally already working within an events agency (or brand side in a pharma company) you will have experience in delivering large scale congresses, have an understanding of booth management and delegate attendance with HCP focused events, complex logistics and large delegate numbers. An understanding of the compliance regulations in the industry is key and delegate management using Cvent would be preferable. This is a fast paced role where you will handle multiple projects at one time! You must speak French as well as English to a fluent level.
