Brilliant opportunity for a logistics focused Project Manager to join this growing boutique events agency!
This lovely events agency works with a range of clients across various industry sectors to deliver engaging experiences in a live, hybrid or virtual format. From conferences, to incentives, gala dinners and awards ceremonies they work with each client from initial concept to execution to deliver a high quality event every time! With a friendly and collaborative culture they work successfully fully remote, easy accessibility to London is important.
You will lead the end to end running of a range of corporate events, working closely with the Project Coordinators to oversee delegate registration and management via Cvent. Owning project budgets, sourcing venues, managing rooming lists and working with suppliers and internal teams is all part of this role. On-site event management and international travel will be required.
From an events logistics agency background, you will have led your own projects end to end and be a stickler for detail. You have a strong MICE background and understand corporate events from conferences to incentives and exhibitions. You are super organised with excellent time management skills and have used agency project management software - ideally Procim and Cvent.
