Fantastic opportunity for an Event Project Manager to join an award-winning agency and deliver a wide range of large scale events! 2 days in office and 3 days remote per week.

This agency has a strong legacy of producing world class large scale events, from conferences to award ceremonies and more! With an excellent culture, brilliant staff retention and a commitment to career development, this agency cares about its team and is now hiring for a Senior Project Manager due to continuing new business wins.

The Event Project Manager will lead on large scale projects from start to finish, acting as the lynchpin on each project by pulling together event logistics, production, creative and content while working with internal departments as well as external suppliers and venues. From concept to completion, you will take the lead in this client-facing role, managing the budget and ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget.

This role requires experience in delivering large scale events and having worked in an events agency to understand the processes and the pace. Budget management in excess of £100k and a strong logistics bias is key, as is the ability to lead a large event project from start to finish including on-site execution. An understanding of content and production as well as creative for events will be very beneficial. You will need to drive for this role due to the locations of some events, and the role is 2 days a week in the West Midlands office and the remainder remote.
