Warwickshire (Hybrid 2 days in office 3 remote) Great opportunity for a Project Manager to join this exhibition design agency and lead on a range of global exhibitions projects!

With a fantastic close knit culture, clients that return year on year and a wide range of bespoke projects they are now growing the team with the hire of a Project Manager!

The role We have a super exciting opportunity to join this busy team and support across a broad range of events and exhibition projects that are delivered internationally!

The role will be very fast paced and you must be used to juggling multiple projects.

You will be leading on pre‑production planning for exhibits, dealing with supplier management, liaising with suppliers and negotiating costs as well as booking travel and accommodation for on‑site events.

The role is also very client facing and will involve liaising with clients, design and build teams as going on‑site to oversee the build across global events.

About you We will consider candidates with a broad mix of events from exhibitions, to production and conferences or awards and experiential events - what is key is the right attitude and the ability to be super organised and stay calm under pressure!

This is a fast paced role where you will need to be a strong communicator and be confident to be on‑site sometimes on your own as well as part of a team.
