An exciting 12‐month maternity cover opportunity has arisen for a Creative & Marketing Lead. This pivotal role will drive the marketing strategy and creative delivery across every event. You will develop event concepts and visual identities, while managing the company's brand and marketing campaigns externally, supported by a Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities include:
- Conceiving event concept and visual identity
- Developing and executing marketing strategies for live events
- Overseeing brand consistency across internal and external channels
- Collaborating with a small creative and marketing team to deliver high‐impact campaigns
About you:
We are seeking a broad background in marketing, branding and communications with experience line‐managing a small team. Hands‐on design experience in both 2D and 3D is key. You must come from the events and hospitality industry, be able to hit the ground running, and have experience delivering marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
