With a great culture, fantastic benefits and a fun and dynamic team, this really is a brilliant place to work. We have an exciting new opportunity to join the busy live production team at these high profile venues.
The Role
This is a fast-paced and busy role where you will oversee resourcing, staff, technicians and crew to set up and build for large scale arena-based events including concerts and shows. Working within health and safety regulations and to tight project timelines, this is a hands-on role and will involve physical builds and planning out the venues including working with retractable seating and flat flooring. Liaising with internal departments from rigging to event services and technical production is also key.
About you
We are seeking a confident and articulate individual with strong experience in seating and staging, ideally in arena-based venues; however, we would also consider outdoor festivals and touring backgrounds. A good understanding of the broader technical rigging, power and AV elements will be key, as is a positive attitude and ideally some exposure to working with plant machinery. Line management experience would be a bonus, or if not, the ability to lead teams of crew and casual staff on site and communicate instructions in a clear and confident manner. This role will involve antisocial hours.
