The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the catering account management team initially on a part time basis, however the role will become full time nearer the event in summer 2027. As a Catering Account Manager you will provide administrative, commercial and operational support to the team liaising with the organisers as well as the contract catering provider. The role provides planning support for the event for all contract and mobile catering elements and will be involved in regular meetings with the catering providers.
About you
With a background in large scale events, as well as contract catering, you will be highly organised and a strong communicator who can remain calm under pressure. We are seeking an events/catering professional who is happy to work initially on a part time basis 2 days a week (flexible) and increase this to full time nearer the time of the event in Summer 2027.
