Job Description

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join Blank Canvas Entertainment, working across the Entertainment and Event Management Teams.

Role Summary

  • Organising entertainment and production for events, including attending events when necessary
  • Liaising with clients, performers and suppliers to deliver seamless planning, delivery and post‑event evaluation
  • Composing proposals to send to clients, and checking the work of junior colleagues
  • Supporting Junior Entertainment Co-ordinators and Event Executives, specifically providing support, guidance and training as required
  • Co‑ordinating with Blank Canvas Entertainment’s in‑house production team to build bespoke quotes and deliver events; dealing with third‑party suppliers where necessary
  • Conducting pre‑contracting calls with clients

Job Requirements

  • Interest in organising live entertainment / events
  • At least two 2 years’ experience working in a similar entertainment or event management role
  • Able to work full time based on the requirements of the business between Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm) plus up to two evenings a week attending events
  • Organised and able to manage changing priorities
  • Sociable and friendly
  • Able to display fantastic client service skills
  • Confident, with common sense
  • Passionate about entertainment
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, Pipedrive and Rentman
