Blanco FC is a family run club who prioritise young players happiness and devlopment
Role Description
We’re looking for passionate, dedicated football coaches to join our team at Blanco FC.
As a coach, you’ll lead training sessions, manage games, and mentor young players across a range of age groups and abilities. You’ll play a key role in their development, both on and off the pitch by creating a positive, supportive environment that helps them reach their full potential.
We provide mentorship and guidance to help you develop your coaching skills and work with young players, fostering their love for the game and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly training sessions.
- Design and implement age-appropriate coaching plans to support player development.
- Offer constructive feedback to players and parents, helping them improve their skills and deepen their understanding of the game and also build a relationship with the parent.
- Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and staff to ensure smooth club operations.
What we are looking for:
- Coaches with a passion for developing young players of all abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous coaching experience, preferably with youth football teams.
- Coaches who live within the enfield radius but open to those who are willing to travel
Required Qualifications
- FA Introduction to Coaching Football (FA Level 1)
- First Aid Qualification (FA Emergency Aid / First Aid in Football)
