Role Purpose
Blanchard is seeking a high-performing Director of Client Solutions based in the United Kingdom, to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives at building relationships, developing strategic opportunities, and driving results.
Duties Include

  • Drive significant revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas by generating and closing new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and business leaders.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new clients.
  • Expand business within existing accounts by selling additional solutions.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to capture new market opportunities.
  • Effectively manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

Who You Are

  • Proven track record (minimum three years) of closing sales, acquiring clients, managing a territory, and exceeding quotas.
  • Self-motivated hunter with a relentless drive to generate new business.
  • Strong cold-calling and time management skills with the ability to present solutions in a clear, professional manner.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
