Blanchard Wells is looking for an experienced SHE Manager to lead our Safety, Health & Environmental function within a leading Civil and RC Frame Contractor. For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.

You’ll manage the SHE team and support our operations by:

  • Carrying out site safety inspections, audits and incident investigations
  • Reviewing internal and subcontractor RAMS
  • Delivering toolbox talks, safety campaigns and H&S training
  • Supporting ISO and industry accreditation renewals alongside our Quality team
  • Producing SHE related Board reports

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in construction Health & Safety
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Full UK driving licence
