Blanchard Wells is looking for an experienced SHE Manager to lead our Safety, Health & Environmental function within a leading Civil and RC Frame Contractor. You’ll manage the SHE team and support our operations by:
- Carrying out site safety inspections, audits and incident investigations
- Reviewing internal and subcontractor RAMS
- Delivering toolbox talks, safety campaigns and H&S training
- Supporting ISO and industry accreditation renewals alongside our Quality team
- Producing SHE related Board reports
About you:
- 5+ years’ experience in construction Health & Safety
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Full UK driving licence
