Be taken back to the Disco Era with Gloria. Gloria always threw the wildest parties. She had the best legs in Soho. Some say she dated Hendrix. She taught Bowie how to do his make-up. She ran out of dosh and moved into the basement but she still throws the best parties and needs a team to support her to give the best experience during brunch (Mamma Mia, Grease, Drag Brunch you name it!) and all night long till we got energy to dance!
What We Need:
As a Floortender, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Floortenders love people! You're sometimes the first to greet them, so we want you to give them a great first impression.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
- Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
- Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
- Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age requirements.
