Shift Manager (6am-2pm) Are you an experienced Shift Manager looking for your next step? Are you ready for your next challenge? My client a successful manufacturer are seeking a Shift Manager to oversee and lead the daily production within a fast-paced manufacturing site. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for all operations and execution of plans to produce high-quality products, as per customer demand, adhering to health and safety on site. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills. As a 'people person' you will manage, develop and lead your teams. You will be KPI focused based on safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and people development.
