We are looking for a Brand Manager to oversee a portfolio of well-established brands.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities- Brand Management
- Manage a branded portfolio across key local brands.
- Oversee the development of licensing opportunities, working with external partners to expand brand presence into new markets.
- Support the Marketing Manager in shaping brand strategy for the UK market.
- Identify market risks and opportunities to develop growth plans aligned with business targets.
- Assist in building annual brand plans for internal teams and key retail customers.
- Develop and execute strong activation plans in line with brand objectives.
- Work closely with the shopper marketing team to implement branded activations.
- Packaging
- Manage the artwork development process for the brand portfolio.
- Lead packaging recyclability initiatives in collaboration with factory and packaging teams.
- Business Analysis
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting on brand performance, including sales data and consumer insights.
- Track competitor activity and provide actionable recommendations.
- Finance
- Support the Marketing Manager in managing brand budget reconciliation.
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to oversee product P&L management.
- Media
- Assist in defining and executing the media strategy for the brands.
- Work with creative and media agencies to develop impactful brand communications.
- Oversee ATL and BTL activation across multiple media channels.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand marketing within FMCG (experience in the food industry is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools such as Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
