Base pay range

This is a well invested, stable, food manufacturing business, who are looking for a HR Advisor for a fantastic business.

Overview of role

Purpose:

• To support the HR Business Partner in providing a proactive, effective and professional HR service to the site and all its internal customers.
• Ensuring the site adheres to Group driven Policies, procedures, initiatives and statutory legislation whilst developing and maintaining good employee relations.
• Support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of all aspects of Group driven Human Resource Management including employee reward, relations, development and resourcing including recruitment and selection on site.

• Manpower planning
• Onboarding
• Learning and development
• General
• Carry out other duties that may reasonably be required as requested by HR Business Partner.
• Any other HR admin, reports, project work and filing as requested.
• Step up and support with delegated areas of the HRBP role activity in times of absence.
