Reporting to the Logistics Finance Lead, the Logistics Finance Analyst will support the supply chain finance team in the delivery of key deadlines. The Logistics Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing detailed analysis of data to enable business decisions and deliver key objectives, as well ensuring that key controls are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

  • Month end preparation - work with key stakeholders to ensure accurate cost detail / cost tracking and accruals are captured.
  • Maintain relevant accrual and cost tracking documents.
  • Support Logistics Finance Lead and Accountant on all forecast / budget processes.
  • Support Finance Lead to deliver accurate financial reporting, including detailed variance analysis.
  • Work closely with the Logistics team to review costs.
  • Proactively look for improvement opportunities in logistics accounting and control processes.
  • Support the Logistics Accountant and Finance Lead to embed standardisation and consistent ways of working across Pilgrim's Europe.
  • Support with all SOX and standard internal controls as required.
  • Support on external and internal audit processes as required relating to Logistics Finance.
  • Inventory data reporting and analysis.
  • Carry out ad hoc projects as required.
  • Any other reasonable duties as may be required.
