Are you a detail-oriented planner with a passion for food manufacturing and supply chain efficiency? We are seeking a proactive and analytical Bulk Planner to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, playing a key role in ensuring smooth production operations and timely customer deliveries.

About the Role:

As Bulk Planner, you’ll be responsible for updating and managing both Dry and Wet Bulk production schedules using systems such as Mimo and Sage 200. You’ll work closely with internal departments to align production with demand, monitor raw material inventory, and proactively communicate any changes or issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update Dry and Wet Bulk production plans based on live data.
  • Reflect outstanding orders and priority changes in the Production Plan Schedule.
  • Accurately process new orders through Sage and update delivery dates accordingly.
  • Ensure effective allocation of raw materials to improve pick accuracy.
  • Liaise with the Orders Department regarding delivery timelines and adjustments.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely raw material replenishment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of raw materials to avoid shortages.
  • Participate in daily and weekly planning meetings, identifying risks and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
  • Develop short- and long-term production plans and create contingency strategies.
  • Ensure production sequencing aligns with food safety and allergen control requirements.

  • Strong IT skills including advanced Excel and experience with Sage 200.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
