About You

  • Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG.
  • A proven background in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Manufacturing Excellence.
  • Strong Lean Manufacturing knowledge with practical application.
  • Experience coaching operational leaders and embedding sustainable improvements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
