I’m recruiting an Operations Director for an established food business with a substantial primary processing operation in North Lincolnshire.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a site employing around 300 people. The business has already invested significantly in the operation, with a further phase of infrastructure investment planned. You will help turn that investment into sustained improvements in safety, quality, service and operational performance.
This role is for someone who wants to be close to the operation. You will work across production, technical, engineering and hygiene to improve processes, reduce waste and strengthen reliability. Just as importantly, you will develop the site leadership team, build engagement and create an environment where colleagues can contribute to change.
We’re looking for a people-oriented leader with senior experience in primary food processing. You will be commercially aware, comfortable using performance data to set priorities, and able to deliver improvements by bringing people along.
