The environment is fast paced, commercially driven and highly collaborative, with real exposure to branded innovation within the chilled vegan and free-from sector.

- Planning and running factory trials
- Supporting product launches and scale-up activity
- Working closely with chefs and development teams
- Managing trial documentation and technical checks
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Technical and Engineering
- Identifying and solving process or product challenges
- Supporting critical paths and launch timelines
- Ensuring products remain compliant with BRC and HACCP standards

- Strong understanding of factory processes and product launches
- Experience running or supporting factory trials
- Knowledge of BRC and HACCP
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving chilled environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience within chilled, short shelf-life, vegan or free-from categories would be highly beneficial.
Why This Role?
- Growing branded business with ambitious plans
- Exposure to major retailers and exciting innovation projects
- Modern BRC A-grade manufacturing facility
- Collaborative culture where people genuinely have influence
- Strong opportunity for development and progression
