We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior National Account Manager to lead one of our most important retail partnerships. What You'll Be Doing

As Senior National Account Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day commercial relationship with your customer, ensuring strong execution of business plans while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth. You’ll:

  • Build and develop strong customer relationships
  • Deliver joint business plans that support both customer and company objectives
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales, category growth and market share
  • Work closely with internal teams to bring exciting new product launches to market
  • Lead customer meetings, reviews and commercial discussions
  • Analyse performance and use insight to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with colleagues across category, finance, operations and supply chain to ensure excellent customer service
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing commercial team culture

About You

We're interested in speaking with talented FMCG commercial professionals who enjoy working with customers and have a passion for building successful partnerships. You’ll ideally have:

  • National Account Management experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or retail
  • Experience working with major UK grocery customers
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • A collaborative and relationship-focused approach
  • The ability to identify opportunities and turn insight into action
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a desire to make an impact

Own-label experience is beneficial but not essential.
