This sits within a close-knit, collaborative technical team. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing product trials, supporting production, and mentoring junior technologists, ensuring efficient delivery of products to major UK retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage production trials across a range of products
  • Work hands-on in the factory on a daily basis
  • Support troubleshooting and problem-solving in production
  • Mentor and develop junior technologists within the team
  • Ensure smooth progression of products through the NPD gate process
