Product Developer – Food Manufacturing in the North West London area | On-site

This is a role for someone who understands that NPD isn’t just about ideas — it’s about getting products to land commercially, at pace, and under pressure. You’ll be working across multiple categories including ready-to-go, chilled and ambient ranges, developing products from concept through to launch. The environment is fast-moving, customer-led, and expects you to balance creativity with technical delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning NPD projects end-to-end from concept through factory trials to launch
- Working closely with retail customers and internal stakeholders to align on briefs and timelines
- Translating food trends into commercially viable products
- Managing trials, taste panels, and product iterations
- Ensuring compliance across labelling, specifications, and retailer standards
- Collaborating with technical, operations, and commercial teams to deliver right-first-time launches
