I’m recruiting for an HR Advisor role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where the successful person will partner closely with operational leaders across the site to support both people and business performance. This role would suit someone who enjoys being visible on site, building credibility with managers and balancing empathy with accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Employee Relations case management
- Absence management & Occupational Health coordination
- Recruitment & onboarding support
