HR Business Partner – Central team – This is an office based role – HYBRID isn\’t an option
We\’re seeking a strategic, proactive HR Business Partner to join our Central HR Team and help drive business success through our people. You\’ll partner with leadership to deliver the Group People Strategy, support employee engagement, and guide the wider HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Translate the Group People Strategy into actionable plans and HR solutions that enable business objectives.
- Employee Relations & Policies: Advise managers on policies, resolve ER cases, and identify trends to create proactive solutions.
- Performance & Development: Lead 360 feedback, personal development plans, succession planning, and ensure training compliance.
- HR Operations: Maintain HR systems, manage absence and resource planning, and support recruitment processes.
- Engagement & Culture: Champion values, diversity, and inclusion, and lead engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Success Measures:
- Functional KPI targets achieved (absence, retention, turnover)
- Succession plans and development pathways in place
- HR systems and audits maintained to the highest standard
- Positive and engaged workforce
