We’re on the lookout for a People Systems Specialist to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll be the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for our people systems, with a primary focus on UKG Kronos (WFC and Dimensions). You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and ensure our technology aligns with strategic objectives. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • System Optimization & Management: Be the go-to expert for UKG Kronos WFC and Dimensions, ensuring our people systems run smoothly. Configure, maintain, and enhance systems to meet evolving business needs. Keep data accurate and reliable through audits and quality checks. Identify automation opportunities and process improvements to boost efficiency.
  • Driving Change & Providing Support: Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to roll out system improvements and upgrades. Translate business needs into practical system solutions. Deliver training and support to ensure teams get the most out of our HR tech.
  • Collaborating with Key Stakeholders: Act as a bridge between technical teams and HR, ensuring seamless communication. Work closely with external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. Support leaders with real-time insights and reporting to drive informed decisions.
  • Ensuring Compliance & Governance: Ensure systems comply with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR). Maintain accurate system documentation and manage security controls.

  • Must-Have: Expert-level knowledge of UKG Kronos WFC and Dimensions (WFM Pro). Strong understanding of HR processes, time & attendance, and payroll. Proven experience in system configuration, implementation, and integration. A track record of driving system change and process improvements. Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools. Problem-solving skills with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience with data migrations and integrations. Familiarity with support and ticketing systems (e.g., Service Desk).
