This is a head-office position with direct exposure to the Chief Executive team, frequent interaction with the Board, and a front-row seat to significant organisational change. You’ll be the strategic partner shaping culture, driving people performance, and supporting senior executives through fast-paced transformation.
What You’ll Lead
- Deliver and embed the Group People Strategy across central functions
- Partner closely with senior leaders, influencing decisions at the board level
- Own ER, policy, and compliance with authority and confidence
- Strengthen KPIs across absence, retention and engagement
- Lead succession planning, L&D and future-talent development
- Champion wellbeing, inclusion, and a high-performance culture
What You Bring
- Experience partnering in a manufacturing, industrial, or complex operational environment
- Minimum 3 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role
- Strong ER and change management capability
- Highly commercial, analytical, and confident, influencing senior stakeholders
- Comfortable being fully office-based, 5 days per week
