  • Strategic HR Partnership: Translate the Group People Strategy into actionable plans and HR solutions that enable business objectives.
  • Employee Relations & Policies: Advise managers on policies, resolve ER cases, and identify trends to create proactive solutions.
  • Performance & Development: Lead 360 feedback, personal development plans, succession planning, and ensure training compliance.
  • HR Operations: Maintain HR systems, manage absence and resource planning, and support recruitment processes.
  • Engagement & Culture: Champion values, diversity, and inclusion, and lead engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
