We are seeking a Kitchen Porter/General Assistant to join our friendly, hardworking and dedicated team. A Kitchen Porter is responsible for cleaning and looking after the kitchen and some of the outside areas. Machine handling and washing up and ensuring that cleanliness in the kitchen is kept to the highest standard.
Role of a Kitchen Porter:
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness
- Washing of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils from service & preparation periods
- Cleaning of the fridges, hot cupboards, high- & low-level shelving, food preparation areas, cupboards & trolleys
- Disposing of all rubbish, food waste & recyclable materials
Experience / Skills of a Kitchen Porter:
- Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Works well under pressure
- Be punctual and reliable
Working Hours: Full-time and Part-time positions covering early, late, and mid shifts including weekends on a rota basis.
Job Type: Permanent or Temporary position available
Location: Blakeney, Norfolk
