Blakeney Hotel is an award winning privately owned and family run 4-star hotel on the North Norfolk Coast.
We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic and dedicated applicants to join the Kitchen team as Kitchen Porter. Our Kitchen Porters are responsible for cleaning and looking after the kitchen and some outside areas. They wash up and ensure that cleanliness in the Kitchen is kept to the highest standard.
Role of a KitchenPorter:
- Maintainingthe highest standards of cleanliness
- Washingof crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils from service & preparationperiods
- Cleaningof the fridges, hot cupboards, high- & low-level shelving, food preparationareas, cupboards & trolleys
- Disposingof all rubbish, food waste & recyclable materials
Experience/ Skills of a Kitchen Porter:
- Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Works well under pressure
- Punctual and reliable
WorkingHours:
Full-timeand Part-time positions covering early, late, and mid shifts, including weekends on a rota basis.
